This photo is taken from a small peak in South Mountain Park, just south of our property looking NorthWest. The red X marks where our house will sit. The blue dotted line indicates our future driveway and the red dotted line is a graded and graveled road which is the future 25th Avenue.
The paved road coming in from the middle left has acre+ lots for sale alongside it. On the near side of this paved road the lots will border on South Mountain park.
The circle cleared area in the foreground is a 10 acre site where an old homestead used to be. All that is left now is a chimney and the cement slab. It borders South Mountain Park and is for sale.
